2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Have read and understood these terms
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the website or enrol in any course.
3. Description of Services
Pim Tech provides online AI development courses to learners in Thailand and internationally. Courses are delivered through a combination of recorded sessions, written materials, assignments, and instructor-reviewed work. Specific course content is described on the website at the time of enrolment.
We do not represent that any course will be available indefinitely. We reserve the right to modify course content, delivery format, or schedule with reasonable advance notice to enrolled students.
4. Enrolment and Account
Enrolment in a course creates a student record associated with your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share access to course materials or your account with others.
Enrolment is personal and non-transferable. If you enrolled a course on behalf of another person, contact us before the cohort start date.
5. User Responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Submit original work for all assignments — submitting work that is not your own is not permitted
- Engage respectfully with instructors and other students in any community spaces
- Not reproduce, redistribute, or sell course materials in any form
- Not use the course platform for any unlawful purpose
- Notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — including written materials, recorded sessions, assignment questions, and instructional frameworks — is the intellectual property of Pim Tech. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your own learning during and after the course period.
Work you produce in response to assignments remains your own. By submitting assignment work, you grant Pim Tech a non-exclusive licence to use that work for the purpose of feedback and course improvement.
7. Payment and Refund Policy
Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due at the time of enrolment. Payment must be completed before course access is granted.
Refund conditions:
- Before the cohort start date: full refund on written request
- Within 7 days of cohort start: 50% refund if fewer than two assignments have been submitted
- After 7 days of cohort start or after two assignments submitted: no refund
Refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected]. We will process approved refunds within 14 business days via the original payment method.
8. Course-Specific Terms
The following applies specifically to Pim Tech's course offerings:
- Course access is provided for the duration of the cohort plus 12 months for review of materials.
- Assignment deadlines are set per cohort. Late submissions may receive reduced feedback at instructor discretion.
- NLP and LLM track students are entitled to community access for the cohort period. Conduct in community spaces must meet reasonable standards of professional courtesy.
- LLM track mentor reviews occur at scheduled checkpoints, not on demand. The number of checkpoints is specified in the course outline at the time of enrolment.

9. Disclaimers
Pim Tech's courses are educational programmes. We make no representation that:
- Completion of any course will result in employment, promotion, or any specific professional outcome
- Any course content constitutes professional advice of any kind
- Course content will remain accurate or current beyond the cohort in which it was delivered
The services are provided "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the course platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Pim Tech's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of income, or damage to professional reputation, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Pim Tech against any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your use of course materials in a manner not authorised by these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to course materials without prior notice if you breach these terms in a material way, including submitting work that is not your own, sharing account access, or engaging in conduct that disrupts the learning environment for others.
Where termination is due to your breach, no refund will be provided. You may terminate your own enrolment at any time, subject to the refund conditions in Section 7.
13. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we ask that you first contact us in writing at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, whose jurisdiction you accept.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with your enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pim Tech regarding your course participation.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
